Returns
If you're not satisfied with your phone, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The phone must be in original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.
Returns due to manufacturing defects are eligible for a free replacement or repair under warranty.

Midco Mobile Device Payment Plan
Additional fees, such as government taxes and regulatory recovery fees, apply.
If you pay monthly for your device: The Midco Mobile Device Payment Plan Agreement (“Device Agreement”) required. Applicable taxes for the full device amount are charged when the device is shipped and are in addition to the monthly charge.
The remaining balance under the Device Agreement becomes immediately due and payable in the event there is no remaining line on your Midco Mobile account that receives service from Midco Mobile and at least one of the following subscriptions are not maintained on the account during the term of the Device Agreement: Midco TV, Internet, or Voice; or Midco Mobile service is terminated for breach or customer requests the device to be unlocked.

Find your new phone
Browse the Midco store to choose the new or pre-owned phone you want, then make your purchase through Visible to qualify for trade-in. Finance options are available.
Send in your old phone
Print your return label, make sure phone's securely packaged with location finder turned off and SIM removed, and ship it out within 21 days of placing your order. You will receive your final trade-in value once phone has been evaluated and its condition has been verified.
Get paid
Your credit will be applied to the payment method you used to purchase your phone. If we can't credit that payment method for any reason, you’ll receive a pre-paid gift card in the amount of your credit. Either way, you get paid!

Eligibility: You may be eligible for up to 10 lines (including tablets) depending on your credit score. Midco Internet required. If a Midco Internet subscription isn't maintained, an additional $10 per-line monthly charge to Unlimited and Unlimited Plus plans will be applied.
Devices: Devices are shipped to the Midco Internet service address on file. If you no longer subscribe to Midco Internet service, the device(s) may be shipped to an alternate address.
