Returns

If you're not satisfied with your phone, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The phone must be in original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.

Returns due to manufacturing defects are eligible for a free replacement or repair under warranty.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item shipped.
